Jon Anders and Tore were chosen in 2002 as the representatives for Norway in the European Broadcasting Union festival of contemporary folk music. Their music has since been broadcast on many of the major world music programmes on European radio stations. The song "Inger's Hevn" (see below) has been broadcast on Late Junction by Fiona Talkington, who described it as 'a song I've fallen in love with'!
Over the years the duo have had concerts in Norway, Denmark, Germany, USA, The Netherlands and in Scotland. Their music has been very well received.
In 2004 they released their first album at Grappa/Heilo, Norways biggest folk/traditional label. The album “Nattsang” (“Nightsongs”), has a quiet atmosphere and on some of their tracks the gitarplaying and singing of Tore and Jon Anders, are supported by the trumpeter Arve Henriksen, the percusionist Per Oddvar Johansen and the violinist Gjermund Larsen.
